Why Agave Fiber
Our straws are made with a proprietary bio-based compound that blends agave fiber into a resin base, reducing virgin plastic use per straw. They hold up in hot coffee, iced drinks, and thick smoothies for over 2 hours without going soggy — outperforming paper straws. We are not yet third-party certified compostable, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than oversell it.
Made in Our Own Factory. Built for the U.S. Market.
Agave Straws has been in business for 20 years, with 10 years of specific experience manufacturing agave fiber straws. We manufacture in our own facility in Mexico — we don't outsource production to third parties — and work directly with agave fiber sourced from the tequila industry in Mexico.
